Job Information
1. Responsible for collecting information on preferential policies and financial support policies issued by relevant departments of the country, provinces, cities or districts related to the company's industry or business, fully understand those policies and their application process,
2. Responsible for coordinating with international sales department on writing, collection, and arrangement of relevant materials, preparing project application materials, completing the application tasks, and tracking project progress in a timely manner until the project application is accomplished,
3. Responsible for the coordination with relevant professional institutions, and cooperate with professional institutions to complete relevant project applications,
4. Responsible for the application, maintenance and upgrade of the company's corporate qualifications and honors,
5. Responsible for the reception of the company's visitors (government leaders, important customers),
6. Responsible for establishing and maintaining good relations with relevant government departments, and gaining support and help for the company,
7. Responsible for completing other civilian tasks assigned by the general manager.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 1 year experience in governmental project application is preferred,
2. Level 6 in English, excellent writing skills, has the ability to write project feasibility analysis report, and organize project application materials,
3. Familiar with the process of governmental project application, and be able to complete project application work independently,
4, Good at interpersonal communication, have good communication skills and language skills,
5. Can get used to high pressure work and can actively respond to various emergencies.
