Job Responsibility:
1、Collect, analyze, summarize and evaluate supplier information, develop new suppliers, negotiate with suppliers, negotiate price negotiation, supplier management and progress follow-up.
2、Inverstigate,analyze and evaluate target markets, identify needs and timing.
3、Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the purchase plan and follow up.
4、Responsible for completing purchase order, confirm, arrange delivery and follow up the date of arrival.
5、Keep track of the change and quality of raw material market price to improve product quality and reduce purchasing cost.
6、To carry out investigation and research on new products and processes.
7、Coordinate and verify the technical confirmation work.
8、Responsible for the payment application and audit of qualified products.
9、Assist engineering department and quality department to deal with quality problems.
10、Organize the evaluation, management and assessment of suppliers.

Knowledge and skills:
1、Above 5 years working experience in purchasing.
2、Good communication and presentation skills.
3、Positive enterprising, a strong sense of responsibility, strong self-discipline,independent working ability and under pressure.
4、Understand the new supplier's production capacity, equipment, delivery time,technology, quality and other evaluation and audit experience.
