HUMAN RESOURCES
1．Responsible for the design and development of the manufacturing process, the formulation of the manufacturing regulations and the new product trial hours quota as well as the collection and summarization of new equipment, new technology and relevant information.
2． Responsible for tracking the new product trial process。
3．Responsible for the assessment and trial manufacturing of new product and new production line assembly.
4．Responsible for the guidance work of the production workshop manufacturing process, formulate and validate the manufacturing process and uniforms dressing of the company, and propose continuous improvement plan for manuafacturing process upgrading。
5．Responsible for introducing relevant manufacturing technique and process to customers.
6．Coordination and communication with manufacturing, quality, engineering, PMC and sales deparment.
7．Analysis abnormal production phenomenon and defective products, propose relevant improvement countermeasures and handle the situation reasonably.
8．To formulate and implemente the production techniques and quality inspection standards.
9．To collect market information and the clinical use of medical products.
10．Other tasks assigned by the leader.
1. Junior college degree or above.
2. Proficient in office software and mechanical industry design software.
3. Experienced in the development of production layout, process flow chart, SOP and other manufacturing process documents.
4. The ability to handles onsite problems occured in manufacturing line and the ability to handle quality related issues.
5. Good communication and coordination ability, language organization ability and innovation consciousness.
6. Have a high sense of responsibility, work conscientiously, and have a positive attitude.
