Job Information:

1. Responsible for formulating a reasonable production plan based on market sales,

2. Manage and control the entire production process, including production schedule, quality, personnel and safety management,

3. Responsible for making production arrangements according to the company's production plan, ensuring the completion of output tasks, and being responsible for products delivery,

4. Responsible for personnel, equipment, environmental cleanliness, microbial limit control, 6S management in the production process,

5. Reasonably allocate capital productivity and reduce material consumption and loss,

6. Responsible for the coordination with other departments in the company,

7. Responsible for the skills training, upgrading and assessment of employees in the department,

8. Responsible for the implementation and supervision of technical requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, major in science or engineering,

2. More than five years of production management experience, familiar with medical equipment and equipment production lines (experience in production management in foreign companies is preferred),

3. Ability of on-site management and department personnel management, as well as ability of communication and coordination,

4. Can get used to high pressure work,

5. Possess strong quality management, process optimization, overall organization and communication and coordination capabilities, and good at analyzing and solving problems,

6. Skilled at leadership, organizational coordination, communication and execution.
